Order Communication & Updates – What You Need to Know
Welcome! This guide explains the best ways to communicate with NAN and keep your appraisal order moving forward. Whether you're submitting updates, asking a question, or troubleshooting an issue—we’re here to help!
✅ Ways to Communicate with NAN
We offer multiple ways to stay connected and update us on your order:
- Appraisal Scope
- Live Chat
- Phone
Appraisal Scope (Best for Order Updates)
- Log into Appraisal Scope and open the specific order.
- Use the internal messaging system to send updates directly to the assigned NAN staff user.
- This method also automatically documents communication on the file.
- *There is a chance you'll be using an integrated system from the lender to communicate. Know that it will still make it to NAN and we'll follow up.
- If you're away from your computer or need urgent help with uploading a document you can email
nansupport@nan-amc.com - We’ll ensure your message is attached to the correct order, and even make sure that document is uploaded so there is no stoppage on your file.
❌ Do not use other email addresses—only messages sent to nansupport@nan-amc.com will be routed properly.
Chat (Quick Questions & Live Support)
- Visit nan-amc.com and start a Live Chat session.
- You'll be prompted with automated options—many questions are answered instantly!
- If needed, select “Speak to Live Agent” to connect with a team member.
Our agents can help or open a support ticket for follow-up if needed.
Phone
- Call us at 1-888-760-8899
- We aim to keep wait times low, and will assist or take a message for further investigation if needed.
Our goal is always to resolve your issue quickly and accurately
Note:
If you need to update anything within the order, that can't wait or if you have a rush order - we encourage you to call! This will be the quickest way for us to get the file directed correctly and make sure no time is wasted to update the appraiser.
