✅ Overview
You'll be able to update your profile on Appraisal Scope and to do this you'll need to contact us! It's easy and straight forward. The quickest way is to reach out directly or the assigned rep to assist with this when you signed up with NAN or email support/call.
- Change lender/broker requirements needed for appraisals
- Upload lender documents such as Panels, and Updated Fee Tables
- Add additional users
Note: We will help you with any of those items and much more. You can call or email us directly if you can't get ahold of your rep. We will do everything to make this as quick and efficient as possible so you don't have to worry or wait.
Notes and Tips
- ✅ Make sure you have all necessary documents
- ✅ Have all information for the POC or person you're trying to add to the profile, including email address
- ✅ Keep an eye on your emails during the update process. If you are a broker and have a lender make sure to loop the lender in on this change.
