Communication, Updating the Order

Modified on Tue, 24 Jun at 12:01 PM

We'll go over the best way to communicate with NAN.

Steps:

  • Appraisal Scope
  • Email
  • Chat
  • Phone

Appraisal Scope:

  1. Log in and go to the order and update via your order and the staff user assigned will get that message. This is one of the best ways to communicate because it also documents the needs of the appraiser.
  2. Make sure inspection timeframes are updated accurately as that is a form of communication

Email:

1. If you have trouble uploading reports, or providing an update away from the computer you can email us directly. We'll still communicate mostly within the order. However, we will make sure the update makes it to the correct order.

2. Please note the best contact is nansupport@nan-amc.com - no other form of email addresses will lead anywhere outside of that source.

Chat:

1. You can go to Nan-amc.com and start a chat with one of our reps. You'll be provided a list of options before this, where you might get your questioned answered to help save you time! If not you'll have the option to select speak to live agent.

2. Once you start speaking to a live agent, we'll make sure to answer your question or find the solution you're looking for. We can always create a ticket, if further follow up is needed.

Phone:

You can always give us a call 1-888-760-8899. We do everything to keep wait times reasonable.

Please note our main goal is to provide a solution as quickly and accurately as possible. However, there are times a message needs to be taken due to circumstance or further investigation.

Conclusion:

Our goal is to provide you multiple resources to communicate with NAN so we can make sure the file never stops moving. We want to address all concerns, and also keep expectation aligned with your needs.
