Appraiser Sign-Up – What You Need to Know
Welcome! If you're interested in joining NAN’s panel as an appraiser, this guide walks you through the sign-up process and what to expect. We value our appraiser partners and offer benefits like Next Day Pay, fair grading, and responsive communication.

 How to Sign Up

  1. Visit our appraiser sign-up page:
     https://nan-amc.com/join-our-team/
  2. Fill out the online form with your information.
  3. Have the following documents ready to upload:
    • Active Appraiser License
    • Current E&O Insurance
  4. After submission, NAN will initiate a background check as part of our onboarding process.
  5. Once the QC review is complete, a NAN team member will reach out to welcome you and provide next steps.

What You’ll See in the Process

  • Once approved, you’ll begin receiving order invitations through platforms like Appraisal Scope and AppraiseConnect.

ℹ️ Notes

  • At times, NAN may temporarily pause accepting new appraisers.
  •  Submitting complete documentation (including license, E&O, and background check authorization) helps speed up approval.
