 Overview

Your Appraisal Scope profile is your control center. It allows you to manage everything from licenses and coverage to fee schedules and payment setup.

Keeping your profile updated ensures:

  • You’re eligible for Next Day Pay
  • You receive orders in your service areas
  • You avoid delays due to expired documents or missing information

Breakdown of Tabs & What They Do

Order Management
Track and manage current orders, status updates, and assignments.

E&O Insurance + License Info
Upload current E&O insurance and your valid appraiser license.

Make sure these never expire—expired documents will block order assignments.

Payment Info (Direct Deposit)
Set up or update your direct deposit info.

This is required to qualify for Next Day Pay!

Coverage Area
Indicate the counties, cities, or zip codes you’re available to work in.

Update this regularly if you expand or narrow your service area.

Fee Management
Set your fees by form type (1004, 1025, 1073, etc.)

Only set fees for the forms you are willing and qualified to complete.

Form Types Worked
Select all appraisal types you're comfortable with.

This helps us assign orders that match your skill set.

Notes and Tips

  •  Keep your license and E&O current at all times.
  •  Make sure Direct Deposit is active to avoid payment delays.
  •  Review your coverage areas and fees regularly—especially when your business needs change.
  • ? Questions? Email nansupport@nan-amc.com for assistance with work preferences, document uploads, or platform issues.
