What is Next Day Pay?

NAN’s Next Day Pay program rewards appraisers who submit completed reports within 24 hours of the inspection.
No matter the job type, fee, or location—if you meet the requirements, you get paid the very next business day.

✅ How to Qualify for Next Day Pay:

1. Submit the Report Within 24 Hours of the Inspection Completion

• Accuracy matters: The inspection date and time must match the submitted inspection status in the system.
• NAN’s system tracks this automatically, so if the timeline doesn’t align, the order won’t qualify.

2. Be Enrolled in Direct Deposit

• Next Day Pay is only available through Direct Deposit.
• If you’re not set up yet, you can:
