AppraiseConnect FAQ – What You Need to Know
Welcome! This guide explains how AppraiseConnect works, how to sign up, and how it makes receiving appraisal orders faster and easier—right from your phone.

 What is AppraiseConnect?

AppraiseConnect is NAN’s mobile-friendly tool that sends appraisal assignment offers straight to your phone via text. You’ll see all the key details at a glance—location, fee, turn time—and can respond instantly.

How to Sign Up:

Signing up is fast and easy!

  1. From the cell number linked to your Appraisal Scope profile,
    Text: START to 26071
  2. You’ll receive a text message with a URL to view the order.
  3. That link shows:
    • Property location (with Zillow link)
    • Fee
    • Requested turn time
    • Your response options:
      • Accept
      • Decline
      • Accept with Conditions

What You'll See in Each Notification

Fee, Turn Time, and Time to Accept
Displayed clearly at the top—so you can make a quick decision.

Property Address
Includes a Zillow link to preview the home and neighborhood with one click.

Set Conditions:
Want to propose a different fee or turn time? Tap “Accept with Conditions” to suggest changes.

⚠️ Heads up: The assignment could go to someone else if your conditions are declined.

Decline:
Not a good fit? Tap “Decline” and the offer will be removed from your queue in Appraisal Scope.

Accept:
Tap “Accept” to agree to the order as-is and lock it in. The order status will automatically update to "Accepted" in Scope.
