How to Download Your Appraisal Report – What You Need to Know

Welcome! This guide explains how to access and download your completed appraisal report from NAN. Just follow the simple steps below.

✅ Step 1: Check Your Email

Once the report is ready, you’ll receive an email with download instructions.

• Didn’t receive it? Check your junk or spam folder—sometimes it gets filtered there.
• Still missing? Reach out to NAN or your lender directly for assistance.

Step 2: Access the Authorization Code

Inside the email, look for a blue link labeled something like “Click here to download your Authorization Code.”

• Click the link to open the code page.

Step 3: Enter the Authorization Code and Download

Once you have your code:

• Enter it on the provided download page.
• Your appraisal report will begin downloading immediately.

Save the file somewhere secure—you may need it again for your records or documentation.
